are the Glossbrenners?
About
the Author by Alfred and Emily Glossbrenner is a gift to
passionate readers and writers. As avid readers themselves, the
Glossbrenners know the power of authors and the awe they inspire.
After deliberating over hundreds of authors, they narrowed the list
down, first to 500 and then again to the book's 125 selected authors.
Each author page contains a photo, biography, reading list, fast
facts, publisher contact and a suggestion of what to read first
by that author, and then, what other authors you might enjoy as
well. Some of the most exciting moments of this book can be found
in the "juicy bits," the little known facts and
quips about the authors that the Glossbrenners discovered during
their intensive research. The Glossbrenners were happy to donate
17 of their favorite juicy bits and six featured authors directly
